Hello! My name is Lauren and my fiance, Joe, and I are building a Florence from Ryan Homes! We are so so so excited and I am excited to share our journey with our family and friends and also fellow bloggers! Today, we officially got the notification that we were approved for the loan through NVR and we are having our pre-construction meeting next Friday! So excited!!

Gas fireplace
Stainless steel appliances
Master bath upgrade
Two ceiling fan rough-ins
